We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from the Official Tomorrowland Store. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the package is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your box, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
